An amount contributed to a user's AVS Fiziks account cannot be returned and can be used to join leagues or contests hosted by the AVS Fiziks AVS Fiziks.

Users cannot cancel AVS Fiziks transactions. Any user may cancel any transaction and request a refund of the amount paid at AVS Fiziks's sole and absolute discretion if: the User sends a written request to AVS Fiziks to cancel such payment from the registered email address; the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the round for which the payment is made if the payment is for participation in the paid version(s).

After deducting cancellation fees and taxes, AVS Fiziks has the right to reimburse the transaction amount to the User at its sole discretion. Refunds take 5-7 business days. Users should remember important transaction terms and conditions during the transaction procedure.

If transaction terms and conditions contradict those given by, transaction terms and conditions prevail AVS Fiziks. Refunds are credited to the AVS Fiziks User Account for contest entry fees.

In the event of a cancellation, technical fault, or force majeure, only the joining fee will be refunded. No claims will be made on rank-based winnings.
